Over the past five years working as a dietitian, I have experience seeing clients with a variety of health conditions, from serious chronic conditions like uncontrolled Type 2 diabetes, autoimmune diseases and cancer, to hormone imbalances and stubborn weight loss and more.


Through the years, although each client is so different, I noticed that many had similar nutrition inadequacies that were seriously impacting their ability to reach their goals and overall health:

Because of the similarities I continued to see in my clients' nutrition plans, I decided to implement the exact strategy into my Reset programs that I've been using myself for 2 years. The 90-30-50 Method is the method that's helped me drop body fat, lose 55 pounds (& keep it off for over a year now) and put my Hashimoto's disease into remission.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the meal plans customized?

The meal plans are not customized; however, the plans included meals and snacks that are high-protein, low-glycemic and anti-inflammatory.


The plans are set to 1400-1500 calories. Individual adjustments to the nutrient goals of the plans (i.e. increased calories and protein) can be done throughout the program.

The Spring Reset is geared towards weight loss, improved hormone balance and reduced inflammation; the meals and snacks included in the plan reflect these goals.



What if I don't like some foods/ingredients in the plan?

If you dislike any of the foods and/or ingredients in the plan, there is always a healthy swap!



I've Already Purchased the Winter/Summer/Fall Reset Plans, Is the Spring Reset Different?

Yes! The plans in the Spring Reset include different recipes from those included in the Spring/Summer/Fall Reset programs!



What's Included in the Spring Reset Meal Plans package?

Is there any repetition of meals?
