Are the meal plans customized?
The meal plans are not customized; however, the plans included meals and snacks that are high-protein, low-glycemic and anti-inflammatory.
The plans are set to 1400-1500 calories. Individual adjustments to the nutrient goals of the plans (i.e. increased calories and protein) can be done throughout the program.
The Summer Reset is geared towards weight loss, improved hormone balance and reduced inflammation; the meals and snacks included in the plan reflect these goals.
What if I don't like some foods/ingredients in the plan?
If you dislike any of the foods and/or ingredients in the plan, there is always a healthy swap!
I've Already Purchased the Winter/Spring/Fall Reset Plans, Is the Summer Reset Different?
Yes! The plans in the Summer Reset include different recipes from those included in previous Reset programs!
Additionally, the Summer Reset Program 2024 includes *five* 4-week plans, whereas the previous Reset programs included four plans or less. This is reflected in the price of the current Summer Reset Program 2024.
